V-BRO SERVICE FRAMEWORK

  • Provides strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation, and coordination of Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, COOP and Crisis Management activities
  • Facilitates communication between staff, management, vendors, regulators and other stakeholders within the Client organization.
  • Oversees/Manages the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery functions of the Client organization.

    Responsible for ensuring that all Information Technology and Applications have disaster recovery capabilities.

    Oversees the design, implementation and maintenance of all related business resiliency plan activities including testing.(Typically includes: Disaster Recovery, COOP, Business Continuity, Pandemic and Crisis Management)

    Oversees cyber security and regulatory compliance initiatives as needed.
